What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional service interest, optional preferred estimate date, preferred contact method, and your message. We also log your IP address briefly for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising; the only cookies we set are session cookies required for our internal admin tools, which are not used by public visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and follow up about the project you asked about — nothing else. We do not send marketing emails from our contact form, and we do not enroll you in any mailing list.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our private database hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Notification emails are delivered via Amazon SES. Both services encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Only authorized JSX staff have access to submissions through our internal admin interface.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third parties that ever see your submission are infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services for hosting, Amazon SES for email delivery) acting on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any work that follows. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact details below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Email or call us using the contact details on our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Email notifications
Any email we send in response to a contact-form submission is transactional — it relates directly to the inquiry you sent us. We sign our outbound mail with DKIM, publish SPF and DMARC records, and route it through Amazon SES so bounces and complaints are handled automatically.
